I purchased an SFR nearly two years ago in Omaha, NE. It is a small 2 bd 1 bth home near 60th and L St. I own the home outright, but am looking to sell in as-is condition as quickly as possible. I am looking to connect with any local, experienced wholesalers in the area that might be interested in presenting a purchase offer on the property.
