Investing in Reno, Property Management

Any advice for wholesalers, property management and info on what neighborhood are good to invest in in Reno NV? I am looking to purchase a single family rental or duplex in the spring and want to learn about the area. I am located in northern CA and have a few other properties out of state. Thanks!
