Hubzu details, anyone?

There haven't been a lot of Hubzu-related posts here recently. I'm grasping around for current "issues" with the site - which, at least a while back, posts indicated was a source of huge frustration, dashed hopes, and wasted time. I'm interested because a nearby property (REO - Deutsche Bank) can only be purchased through Hubzu. So:

1)  Is it actually the case (still?) that HUBZU feels they are no obligation to make a deal with the high bidder, even above the reserve price? (There are bitter complaints about that from around ten years ago here.)

2)  Is it possible to view bidding history, going back months?  Some Google hits suggest this is possible, but they may be outdated (and don't show how).  I don't see any way to do so, looking at 'my' listing.  (If so, please describe where...)  It's been listed for almost a year at this point.  I can't even tell whether it's running on a 30-day cycle...is that shown somewhere?

3) Bank has been reducing MLS price by 5% per month, like clockwork. One or two bidders have been poking at it, but in the neighborhood of 25% below current asking, which seems pointlessly low-ball...or is there some method to that?

Thanks for any newb-assistance input.
