Appraisal value questions
Hi everyone. I am currently purchasing my first home. Me and the seller came to an agreement which is $7,000 above asking price due to multiple offers. My issue here is the seller is not willing to negotiate if the appraisal comes in below the agreed upon price and I will have to pay the difference out of pocket in order to close. In your experience do appraisals usually come in at the sales price?
