i am a 18 year senior and have been reading about real estate for the past 6 months and it is something i would like to get into to .I plan on getting my CDL after high school  spend the next 2 years learning more and more about investing and getting my credit and money up  then investing in my first property at age 20. Any tips along the way? what books should i pick up? what new skills should i pick up? what should i avoid or what should i go into? Where should i start?
