Any investors in the Rochester NY area have any insights on Upper Falls 14605? Interested in a few properties.

No. The whole city is not uniformly so risky. Upper Falls is a pretty rough neighborhood. East-side, further north could be OK. UofR area is great. South Wedge is hot. 19th ward, as close to U of R as possible is up and coming. Winton Merchants is nice. Park Ave. of course is great! Lots of nice places. Lots of landmines.
