I am closing on a property in a few weeks and would like to take a trip to Colombia in South America that will overlap with closing.
Is there a mobile notary in foreign countries that can ship the signed documents internationally or how does this work?
Property is in Texas.

Youll need to arrange and go to thr US embassy or consulate for notary service when abroad.
