With little to no opportunities here in Dutchess county NY, I was looking at Waterbury CT which is only about 50 min from me. Any insight on this area would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Steven Burrows

I just finished my real estate classes with a guy who owned quite a few rentals (multifamilies) in Waterbury. I can't tell you much about Waterbury itself but I'm sure there is opportunity for rental properties.

Have you also looked in Danbury? I think that may be closer to you as well.

I know that's not much help but did want to chime in.
