Relocating to North Carolina-Seeking recommendations on towns/neighborhoods

Hello, and thank you in advance to anyone that can offer any guidance.  I'm in my early thirties; married with two small children. I'm looking for a suburb with good hospitals nearby* ( I work in healthcare), good public schools, and low-crime.
