Hey all, I am seeing more and more posts about how to get started. Well, this is what you need to do. Find deals, that's ALL it's about.

So many posts,

I need a title co, WHY?????

I need an attorney, WHY??/

I need contractors, WHY???

I need to form an LLC WHY???????

I need to learn how to buy at auctions, NO you are not ready!

Why do you need any of this?  You do not even have a deal!!!

If you have not understood what I am trying to say, , FIND DEALS. everything else will take care of itself.

Good luck to all

It's easier to make a post for help than to take action.
