Good Morning Bigger Pockets,   I learnt the investor interest rates on homes are around 7.25% now.  any ideas where it can be better.  and  it has become extremely complex to find a property with decent cash value & promising growth.  are you seeing it similarly.  thanks for insights guys and have a great day.
