Selling Price of a Condo

Miranda Mirocha
Posted

Hi, my name is Miranda. My husband and I are new to real estate investing and still have a lot to learn. We currently own three condos in a small college town that we've been renting out to college students for the past few years. While it's been a steady source of income, we're now looking to sell and invest elsewhere. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me determine a fair price for the condos, as there are currently none for sale and past sales have varied greatly in price. I'm confident that with the right price, they'll sell quickly to parents of incoming students. As such, I'd prefer not to use a realtor for these transactions. Any suggestions on pricing would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You could still utilize an agent and pay them for a BPO (broker price opinion). They will be more inclined to do it if they are getting paid, and if you are unable to sell it; you most likely will reach out to them to list it.
