I have recently started working with this lender Acqua Funding (ACQUA FUNDING) based out of New york. I must admit that these guys have some incredible products. They are doing 90% of purchase with 100% of construction for first time investors! All you need is a 700+ credit score. They do not require a full appraisal! Just bpos and the cherry on top is a soft pull on credit! Ben has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Check these guys out!
