Secrets of buying properties below full cost
These really aren't "secrets" per se, they've been around for as long as I've been buying properties below value, some 25 years. but, here is what gets you started.
First you have to believe that everything and I do mean everything, is negotiable. If you believe you have to pay full price for everything, this isn't the way to go for you.
When I make an offer, it has to be a number I blush at. The value of the property I just bought came in at $750,000 and I bought it for $527,000. What's that, about $223,000 off list? There were no real estate agents involved, no attorneys and no bluffing. Just the straight, honest offer.
If this apeals to you, let me know.
