West Coast Investors where do you buy??

Out of curiosity where do you West Coasters spend a majority of your investing dollars? We've got probably about 20-25 owners out of California and I know the majority of the reasoning is that they can't buy diddly in Cali for what they can get 10 houses here in Indiana for so I'm just curious to see what other markets you find are successful or are you investing in your back yard??
