Wyoming Valley REIA Meeting
We are back! The Wyoming Valley Real Estate Investors Association will be meeting at Grotto Pizza near the Wyoming Valley Mall on October 25th, 2022 at 7:00PM. Investors, bankers, agents, newbies and pros are all invited to join. We'll have people from Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Kingston, Larksville, Stroudsburg, Hazleton, Lackawanna County, Luzerne County, Schuylkill County and generally all over NEPA.
We'll have a guest speaker, VP of commercial and multifamily lending at a local community bank, joining us and will be speaking on all things leverage.
The WVREIA is the NEPA local chapter of the Pennsylvania Residential Owners Association (PROA).
We'd love to have you join us!

@Randy Iagnemma Yes, We meet on the last Tuesday of every month, but we take December off because of the holidays. So the next meeting will be Jan. 31, 2023. Hope to see you then!

@Charles Stoffa, sorry just seeing your reply now. We hold meetings on the last Tuesday of every month. We do have a Facebook page: just search Wyoming Valley Real Estate Investors Association. Hopefully we see you on the 28th.
This months guest speaker will be Scott Seeherman with Commonwealth Adjusters. Scott brings a wealth of knowledge on the handling any insurance claims along with some amazing, relatable stories. We look forward to seeing you at this months Meet-Up!

Why: This month, in addition to talking real estate amongst the group, we are fortunate enough to have a home inspector from Pillar to Post Home Inspections speaking. Matthew Rodriguez is the Franchise Owner and Certified Home Inspector and brings years of industry knowledge, as well as specialized local wisdom to our group.

Why: This month, in addition to talking real estate amongst the group, we are fortunate enough to have Jillian Kemmerer is co-owner Cityline Property Management Group. Her 6 years as a Property Manager have given her a deep understanding of all aspects of property management. She is excited to share some of her experience in order to help investors and property owners maximize their investment potential, and also regain some of their most valuable asset back - their time.
