does anyone read Chinese here?

I believe the people who did the rehab on this house were Chinese. The disclosure has a hand written page on the back that's in Chinese and the listing agent needs that page signed.

Not comfortable signing a page I can't read, person at my realtors office said it look like a lost of what they fixed and to what condition it was fixed. Does anyone here read Chinese? (believe it's Chinese...) I'll post it as soon as I get to a computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Found one a friend in my graduate class who speaks chinese. Looks like it's nothing to worry about, just things that they fixed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Kind of odd it's something mandatory to be signed?

@Jeremy Williams

If the contract is being executed in English, you can request that a translation be provided and enclosed with the original. That way if you ever need to reference it again, you will not be dependent on having it re-translated.

    Try Google Translate. I wouldn't use it as the final arbiter but it's a free, convenient and useful tool.

    If it wasn't hand written that's the first place I would have looked :)

    Note: Oops! Reading the tiny print on my iPhone I missed the part about being handwritten. Mea culpa. Maybe fiverr.com?

    Got it all solved guys. Nothing bad in the writing.

    Looks like the seller included a few new pages on the final disclosure about possible code violations though, so I'll be stepping back and not getting into contract on this one.
