Auction.com Occupied but Has Interior Pics

Looking at a few auction.com properties and had a question.  Many are being advertised as occupied but the have interior pictures that look completely vacant.  Typically occupied properties will just have exterior and street pictures. What are the chances they are truly occupied if there are interior pics and it "looks" vacant?
