Discovered BRRR Deal

Hi everyone, 

I have found a single-family BRRR deal in Northern NJ where the numbers meet the 1 percent and 70 percent rules, and I am now looking for financing options (purchase loan and refinance loan) and contractors that can help me take this deal down. Please let me know if you or anyone you know is interested.
