Hi all,

Looking for any advice any Milwaukee BPers ight have on offering on a freddie property in Milwaukee. The property is currently in the 15 day first look for OO and I will be writing with the intention of owner occupying. The listing price is pretty fair considering assessed value and comps in the area and is a duplex.

I was hoping anyone in the Milwaukee area who has had experience purchasing from Freddie may be able to provide some advice on writing an offer that will stick. Personally, I could stomach paying asking price for the property if Freddie was to credit say ~2000 for closing costs, but that would not be the ideal situation.

Again any help is appreciated!
