What strategies are you guys using?
I am very curios to see where the market is moving. However I do not like just to watch. What do you guys suggest during this period of low inventory and interest rate that are increasing? Should you invest and locked the interest, in case refinance it if it drops or keep it if increase, or what do you suggest to do or what are you actually doing?
