18 Year Old Inspiring Real Estate Investor
Hello all. As the title says I am 18 years old and I've been interested in real estate for years now. I've been learning about passive income and real estate in general since I was around 16. With that being said, I've also gotten into learning wholesaling for quite a while and I was curious if that's the way I should be trying to focus towards getting rental properties. I have not gotten a wholesaling deal yet but I'm looking for any tips I should take into consideration looking forward. My main goal is to transition into living straight off passive income and other business ventures I'd start up.
I'll be replying in the comments if anyone has any questions or looking for a conversation.
