Terre Haute Investor Meetup
Hello, I am an out of state residential investor looking to join, or form a meet up with other investors in the area. Is there a Terre Huate meet up group? I couldn't find any active but saw a few threads indicating one was being started a few years back. If anyone has interest in this please reach out to me. I'm sure I can get a local coffee shop or pub to block off a room and time. In addition if there are any old Terre Haute hands and local investors listening and could find the time I would be very grateful to meet you one on one or otherwise when in town. This is our first venture to the midwest. My wife and I are small residential investors in Phoenix AZ, South USA and overseas mainly SEA and Chengdu/Chongqing China so have only recent experience in Indiana so probably not alot to offer on market specific insight. However, I have developed some good working relationships locally and will be actively looking to share whatever resources and knowledge we learn through our investments.
