Anyone know how to find out...

Here's the back story. Whenever I'm driving anywhere, I'm eyeballing houses looking for potential deals. Recently riding home from a job and spotted an obvious vacancy, so I stopped to check it out. It's been secured by a company who stops by about once a month and dates the form on the door.

This could be a great deal, if I can figure out how to get it.

It was foreclosed on by GMAC in 2011. GMAC is now the listed owner on the town assessor's site, it says they "bought" it for $202k. It's assessed at $350k. Probably needs $20-$30k in repair.

Now GMAC has been bought by OCWEN, but GMAC is still listed as the owner. I called the number on GMAC's website, but was put through to OCWEN's customer service. They said I'd have to Google loan officers from GMAC to get the info, which obviously doesn't help, but I figured that was their way of saying they had no clue how I could purchase this house.

Anyone on here have any ideas?
