Murder House

I Flip Houses. I have done many. But I have not ran into this.

I have an amazing deal in place to buy a single family residence to flip.

The Catch. Someone was previously murdered on the property. You can still see the bullets holes in the wall and the substance the police used to dust for prints covering the interior.

Anyone have experience/or advice dealing with this? Was it a problem selling, did the home have to be discounted even if after repair condition?

FYI - I have to disclose that this happened when I sell the Property.
