Hello everyone, I am involved in my first 1031 exchange. Exciting times! I first learned of 1031 exchanges when I was studying for the CPA examination back in 2017, but the real-world experience of executing an exchange was still a distant reality. Since being involved in the exchange process as a qualified intermediary, I have learned much more about 1031 exchanges. Do you all have any interest in 1031 exchanges?
