Old homes a problem?
Hello,
My husband and I are interested in investing in MHP's.
We are looking at one that is a 25 unit park, all owner occupied, 100% occupancy, appropriately priced, however- all of the homes are over 40 years old. Is this something to be concerned about?
Also, if anyone can recommend some great literature about the in's and out's of this business, we would really appreciate it. Not interested in a 30 CD course- no time. My husband is a savvy business man, but we want to be as informed as possible before stepping into this.
Thanks,
Paula
