COARE is focused on solving the challenges of affordable housing through the acquisition of sustainable manufactured housing communities across the U.S. In just over a year, COARE has acquired an aggregate 400 total sites and is focused on expanding the portfolio in partnership with a disciplined investor base that views the opportunistic and long-term sustainability of investing in the niche sector of Manufactured Housing.

Compensation: Entirely dependent on deal experience. Equity incentive structure is available for the right candidates with demonstrated deal experience, especially if within the Manufactured Housing sector.

Ideal Candidate : An energetic, top performer with a proven track record of exceeding expectations and underlying passion for relationship building, originating and sourcing real-estate transactions. Given the size of the firm, all members of the team are expected to actively participate in the origination and executing of transactions. Preference is given to candidates with previous entrepreneurial bent and experience in sourcing and executing transactions BUT all candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Hard-working and thrives in a fast paced environment with potentially longer hours
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing/composition, oral, and listening
• Energetic self-starter with a passion for originating deals and building lasting industry relationships
• Demonstrated top performer in real-estate brokerage, debt or equity capital markets, sales or similar field with proven achievement but looking to transition to the acquisitions side.
• Incredibly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail
• Comfortable with an ‘always plugged-in’ mindset
• Ability to think strategically and to present information in a clear and concise manner
• Investment-oriented mindset focused on analyzing risks and systemic approach to underwriting acquisitions

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in real-estate brokerage, or prior acquisitions role is preferred (previous experience in manufactured housing preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products and excel

Compensation:

• Base salary with equity ownership upside
• Depending on requisite experience, equity incentive package will be available
