How To Resell A Mobile Home in A Family Park?

Hello,

I'm brand new in MH investing. I rented a lot in a family park and paid for it. I placed a home on that lot but with intention to sell it not to live in it. Has anyone flipped a home in a park? If so please advise me on how you did it. My park owner does not care if I sell the home, as long as it's paid in full. Thank you for your comments.
