Closing on park - need lease and rules template

We are closing on a park located in upstate NY that is performing nicely. Challenge is there are no leases and no rules signed etc.  Does anyone have a lease template and park rules template they could direct me to?  Would like to avoid paying an attorney to create these from scratch.
