listing other peoples homes (mobile home park) CA

I work for a mobile home park in CA. We have tenants who want to sell their homes and was thinking about posting ads on our website to help facilitate this process. We are not interested in becoming listing agents or doing open houses etc. We just want to display pictures and descriptions. Since these are for sale by owner homes, are there any laws we may be potentially violating by advertising their homes? I would think it would be ok if we got their permission but I am not sure. If it is, then how would I go about drafting some sort of legal document?

THanks
