In the process of getting my first deal, what are some of the paperwork I will need? I know I need to obtain the title and VIN number. Then sign a bill of sale, am I missing anything? Any other contracts need singed?

@Alvonta Flemings Definitely talk to your local government entity in charge of titling mobile homes in your area. They will tell you exactly what paperwork you'll need to transfer title. Also, make sure all taxes are paid up. You'll also want to arrange getting insurance on the home before you close. Good luck!
