I've been looking to buy a good mobile home park and have found one that might be an attractive.

I would appreciate any comments, advice or suggestions about whether this is a good one or not and what are the best ways to evaluate a MHP?

Overview:
- 15 MH's rented and owned w/ 3 additional spaces available
- 1 2000 sq ft house on site
- 5+ acres of land
- Average rent/mo/MH $700
- House rent/month $1200

Selling Price: $795,000
