Has anyone had success following the traditional idea of occupant owned/lot rent system but with individual lots in different locations? I am trying to decide whether I want to do a regular rental or owner finance the trailer and rent out the space.

@James Hodge I've known many investors who have gone this route. Usually, they start in the parks. This gives you experience. After awhile, they branch out buying their own lots and/or land. It's just a natural progression. Also, many residents in parks want to live out on land in the future. Makes for good future customers. Good luck with your decision!
