Mobile home park public utilities hook up

Hey BP, I am looking to purchase a mobile home park on well and septic utilities in Florida. My question is who would be the right person to contact in order to find out how far the public water supply is from the park in case the well failed? Any other advice from seasoned MHP investors on private utilties is welcome as well. Thank you, Kellen

@Kellen Driscoll @Scott Schaar You don't call just any plumber to discuss hooking up to city water/sewer. You definitely need an plumber with excavation experience but you can ask your everyday plumber who they would recommend. Generally I would call an excavator plumber and just tell them you don't know where the nearest hookup is and they will tell you if they know or tell you where to find out. That is where I would go if you are not familiar with the area you are investing.
