Providing operational optics to passive investor

I have a potential private Investor who will be funding my mobile home flipping business 100% but will be completely passive. In other words he is only providing the funding. My question is: To what degree do i let my investor know the costs of everyrhing, costs of acquisitions, costs of rehabbing, marketing, etc.?

Transparency is the golden rule and will build trust with you investor.  Look to build long-lasting relationships where you dazzle him/her with great returns.  This will lead to larger deals and you will be on your way to park ownership.  Good luck.
