Putting out fires as a mobile home home park investor!

Typically the expression is figurative right? Today I was looking at a few mobile home parks today I've had on my radar, and lo and behold, was driving by one of the homes and the garbage can was set fire. Heres a pic from my car cam.

I ran to the door and banged on it and then the people ran out.  Im not 100% sure as to what happened but maybe a cigarette but went in there. But there were papers that caused it to keep igniting. The lady ran in her house to grab a pan full of water and i remember i had a bunch of water in my car so grabbed that since I couldn't find a hose readily available. .  At that point it was probably half way down the garbage can and together we were able to get the fire extinguished with dumping water on it.   If you look, it was really scary because of how close it was to the home.

Most days aren't this eventful but thought id share.  Never a dull day in the park business!  Now to see if we can get the owner to sell to us!   :)
