I found a 1969 Single wide, its definately old, and needs maybe a few repairs etc, flooring, painting, (who knows really what else, any advice here on what to look for?) but is in a nice 55+ park in my area and park is in pretty high demand.

I am paying only a couple hundred for it and lot rent is $390 per mo. What would be some suggestive exit strategies you guys might have? Do I pour alot into to repair? Or just bare minimal? Sell 'as is' ? ANY suggestions greatly appreciated!!
