MHP Leads in San Antonio Area
Hello BP,
I've been able to network with a high net worth individual and have the funds to take on a 40+ pad mobile home park. Besides networking with CRE Brokers and direct mailers to MHP owner is there any other strategy you suggest to acquire a MHP? I don't want to sink $1.5MM into raw land and develop a new park which surprisingly there is still MH zoned raw land in the san antonio city limits. I don't mind buying parks with park owned homes, or a park on septic.
