From May 17th-May 19th over 300 community owners and retailers will be gathered in Oak Brook, Illinois at the Drake Hotel for networking and learning opportunities as well as some fun and entertainment.

On Tuesday, May 17th:

Some will be attending a Certification class for community management

Some will be playing in a golf outing

In the evening, there will be networking and entertainment in the form of Clay Underwood

With his trailblazing debut hit single “Behind These Walls”, co-written by Dierks Bentley, Mel Tillis Jr., and Tammy Rogers, Underwood became the first unsigned independent artist in years to break TOP 40 and hold a spot for 4 weeks on the Nashville Music Row Charts.

Underwood has gone on to become the first unsigned artist to ever break Music Row's Top 75 with three consecutive singles. His latest CD, "New Beginnings and Old Honky Tonks" has received an overwhelmingly positive response from radio, music critics, and most importantly, country music fans worldwide. This fourteen song collection, produced by Underwood himself, has many of Nashville's elite calling it “the best country album in over a decade!”

On Wednesday May 18th:

John Hyre a community owner himself, and a nationally known tax attorney will be speaking on shielding profits from sales, IRA usage, and will be taking questions from the audience.

Rishel Consulting Group will discuss issues of compliance for community owners and retailers along with solutions to the problems these compliance issues create.

Casino Night The IMHA PAC is sponsoring a casino night of gambling with attendees using free chips that will give them the chance to win even more chips which can be used to win over $25,000 in prizes.
