Mobile Home Park KS for sale or need equity line
I have a 72 lot 1 star mobile home park for sale - we really only need a capital partner or line to get us through a bad-partner buyout (took a lot of unauthorized distributions leaving company nearly broke) to pay current obligations and begin infill strtegies - buying homes to resell to tenant buyers. I sold 4 units this past month since taking over and the property should be cash flowing nicely very soon. $600k current market value. On sale now for $550k (with assumable, maybe, 300k 1st). I am looking for capital partner able to fund $20k in current liabiities and provide $50k minimum, prefer $100k line to purchase and resell homes. currently 35 of 72 lots filled - target 54-60 lots plus revenues from resale units.
