Hello I currently have a Mobile Home Park that I’m considering turning into a dealership. Has anybody done this before any pros and cons of this?

@Sean Hayes Personally, I've never heard of this strategy. Though, I do know others who have owned mobile home dealerships to develop and/or purchase mobile home parks.

Being in the business, it makes sense. Would be interested to hear your progress with this idea and what others here have to say.

    Best of luck!
