Hello! My husband and I are interested in learning more about investing in mobile homes. Looking to connect with someone local in San Antonio to help mentor and guide us!

Quote from @Eliott Elias:

Stay away from mobile homes, they depreciate in value. The only way I would buy one is to cover holding costs on a good piece of land.

My partner and I started in real estate by buying and flipping mobile homes. You can make $10K+ fairly quickly (30 days or less) on each mobile home if you know what you're looking for with not a ton of effort. That being said, I'd never buy and hold a mobile home, they're like used cars - only down in value.
