RV park run like a MHP
those of you that have MHP and RV parks.. how would you do an analysis of a RV park that has unique zoning IE
the city allows long term leases for RV only NO mh kind of a hybrid.
would you think the cap rate should be higher than a traditional MHP ?
West coast RV park were monthly rent for the RV is 700.00 plus. So much less labor intensive as a RV park
thoughts ?
