Where to find mobile homes?
I have several lots across the southeast that allow for a manufactured home or have one onsite (in awful condition).
I am curious for those who are in this business, where do you typically purchase ? Do you buy from manufacturer or secondary market?
Our goal is to put them on the property - sell them owner financing and have lot rent as well.
Thanks In advance for feedback.

@Chris Seveney It would depend on your goals regarding the types of returns you want to receive. Though, I would caution against buying anything used that needs a lot of work and has to be moved. The best types of used mobile homes are ones that are bought from long-term homeowners who are upgrading.
You may want to talk to a few local mobile home dealerships in the areas where your lots are located. They may be able to provide you with a steady stream of referrals when it comes to customers who have used mobile homes for sale and wanting a new one from the dealership as an upgrade.
Also, you can see what the new ones cost at these local dealerships as well. It would depend on the size, age, dimensions and how much you're willing to spend.
Hope that helps!
