Mention function not working

I'm not able to use the use mention fuction in any thread. Tried two browsers. I see that others are attempting to use it but the names are not highlighting. Is there something I need to change on my end?

K. Marie Poe its working for me. I did have a hiccup a few days ago, and someone else was having issues today. I've been watching for it to happen again, but haven't seen it.

Still not working for me in quote reply. It's probably my old system. Mac 10.4. I'm so overdue for an upgrade but am unwilling to give up my Eudora program. I'm not so good with change.

K. Marie Poe - It looks like your reply appropriately linked me. You've got to spell my name right for the mention to work, though ;)

Try using the @? feature, which should pull up all people who previously replied. Is that working at least?

I wish you could do an Advanced Reply and still have the thread comments show (sometimes I forget all the points I want to make if I can't go back and look at the thread). Is there a wish list forum? Maybe I should be posting this there lol!

Nothing happening in quote reply. Additionally all the drop down bars for Forums, Marketplace, etc are open and covering the message body box. Maybe this is the end for me on BP..... Or maybe we'll stop by the Apple Store after we get coffee.

I just tried to @mention @Joel Owens in a reply and it didn't bring up all the names, so I couldn't get him. And here, it didn't bring up any names.

Karen Margrave - Are you able to mention other people? Joel Owens seems to work for me just fine and brings up only him when I enter the at sign followed by his first name, space, and last name.

Have you tried to update your browser? I'm not sure what version you're using, but updating may help as well.

What is the @? supposed to do? Typing it in followed by name in the thread @? doesn't do anything. My browsers are as updated as much as they can be, given the older system.

The only place the @ function or the @? function works for me is quick reply. I can't use it in quote repliess or advanced replies. Quick Reply will have to do.
