Today we've got an exciting announcement to make! We just released some awesome new tools to help you with your real estate investing, and have also made a few noticeable changes to the site's navigation.

New BiggerPockets Real Estate Analysis Calculators
Today we launched the following new analysis tools on our real estate calculator page:

- Fix & Flip Analysis & Reporting Tool
- 70% Rule Calculator
- Mortgage Payment Calculator

And we're planning on soon releasing a Wholesaling Calculator and Rental Property Calculator.

House Flipping Calculator
Use our comprehensive Fix & Flip Analysis & Reporting Tool to determine your potential profit on a real estate flip and avoid paying too much for a property. This calculator is also perfect for wholesalers because it will help you get inside the mind of your cash buyer.

The calculator will allow you to analyze profit, holding costs and more, calculate profit over 45, 90 and 270 days, and lastly, create a printable PDF report to give to lenders, partners, investors and others.

Members of BiggerPockets get to test the calculator for a single property evaluation, but in order to use it past the trial, you will need a PRO Basic or PRO Account.

70% Rule Calculator
The 70% Rule Calculator is designed to help you quickly determine the maximum purchase price for a real estate flip, and is available free to use for all members of BiggerPockets.

Navigation Changes:
We've added a new item to the site's blue navigation menu --> ANALYZE

That menu now points to our NEW Investment Calculators as well as our Deal Analysis Forum for fast and easy access.

Additionally, if you look to right side of the blue nav menu, you'll notice that there is no longer a NOTIFICATIONS menu item. We've combined our notifications with our inbox for simplification. Now, all notices will appear in your inbox.
