I haven't really posted in years, so I may be missing something obvious. But when I do a search on a topic, I get results from all over the map. Ten years old, two years old, several different forums- is there a handy way to filter results, like most recent?  I tried Non-accredited investor Performing Notes as a search and fell into a bit of a rabbit hole with older posts. Is there a filter function I missed? Thanks,

If you go to Google and put "site:biggerpockets.com" at the end of your search (minus the quotation marks) that'll get you a google search of just BiggerPockets. Google are the masters of search so you may find better results this way.
