Announcing the BiggerPockets Conference 2019!!!
It's been 7 years since we had our last event.
This Conference WILL sell out!
While our final agenda is still coming together, when it's finalized you'll be the first to know. You can expect keynotes, breakout sessions, author panels, and happy hour receptions from 8 am - 4 pm on Monday, October 7th and Tuesday, October 8th.
Breakout sessions on the topics of BRRRR, house hacking, buy & hold, sourcing & funding, deal analysis, and more!
Hey to answer a few questions: No it won't be live streamed, sorry! We have a full lineup of speakers set -- tons of big names like David Osborn, Brandon Turner, Ken Corsini, and a ton more. We'll be releasing the details of their talks over the next couple of days on the conference website and on social media.
Booked! Can't wait to meet so many new people and learn from everyone. I may be able to split a room with another guy at the host hotel. Depends on if my wife and kids come which is up in the air right now.
@Bastian Kneuse I'm no CPA and you should always consult with a CPA, but from my understanding the ticket, travel costs, and room costs are tax deductible.
What a coincidence lol, I saw your post on the WI. Property offer, I live in TN and have a property here that I'm trying to get financing to repair and sell but I also have one in WI. Town of Trenton. If there's tickets still available I may attend
I know I probably just missed it, but is the pricing per person or per couple? My husband and I are thinking of attending and wanted to make sure I understand pricing first.
Fliphackinglive is the week after this event. Which one should we attend? We are new to investing in real estate. We will likely be looking to BRRRR. We were thinking the fliphackinglive event would be good since if you can buy a property to flip, my guess is you can buy it to BRRRR. Anyone doing both?
He there! I am very new to the real estate investment industry but, I am very motivated and excited to learn.I am nor very sure if I am properly using the site and if I am asking questing in a proper part of a web site but,I am just trying to get some feedback, and any feedback will be highly appreciated !what i am trying to see here is,wether it is good idea for me as newbie-introvert to attend BP conference 2019.once again I am not sure if some body even going to read this post or if I am posting it in a relevant topic.
Regarding the cost of the conference, travel and hotel, just a reminder to all the landlords out there to remember to consult accountsnt and log those tax deductions! :-)
