We're changing the way our Private Messaging system works. For the past 7 years, in order to send someone a PM, you needed to know their username, and had to enter that username in the "To:" field to send a message.

As of today, all you need to do is enter the user's first or last name, and their full name will appear in a dropdown.

Just click on their name and you'll have added them to the message. If you want to PM multiple colleagues, just repeat the process.

We hope that this makes it easier for you to connect with your colleagues!

Please let us know your thoughts.
